Best Practices​

Here are some ways to use this flyer in day-to-day interactions with account holders:

  1. Slip it into customer benefit packets: Let new account holders know you're dedicated to helping them fully understand the information in the Wellness Center.
  2. Place throughout your institution: Keep the flyer front and center—display the physical flyers throughout your institution so account holders can see them.
  3. Send it digitally via email to account holders who'd benefit most from knowing about this feature.
  4. Include with transaction receipts: Each time a new or existing account holder completes a transaction, give them this flyer with their receipt.
