How to Navigate the New Manager

It’s not every day the Banzai Manager gets a wave of improvements. Here's a detailed guide outlining all the newest features.

Home Page​

The new home page gives access to your profile, a list of paid-for Banzai products, and the contact information for your Banzai representative.

Profile​

The new profile page is located on the home screen tab in the Manager sidebar menu. Within the profile is a full breakdown of your plan information: primary contact information, institution’s subdomain, payment plan, billing address, and whether or not you take part in electronic invoices. Easily find the contact info for your in-house Banzai Representative via both the home and profile page.

Direct Reports​

This page directs you to three tabs: the article, Coach, and calculator reporting tabs. Each one shows usage and traffic for the corresponding resource types.

  1. The article report page shows traffic to your direct site articles by indicating page views and unique visitors, as well as displaying a graph that demonstrates your improvements across time.

  1. The Coach report page lets you get a good look at individuals who’ve signed up for accounts by participating in Coach sessions. This page also graphs how many Coach sessions were completed over a chosen period of time.

  2. The calculator report page indicates calculator usage based on any period of time you choose to analyze.

Marketing Materials​

Need quick access to marketing materials? Not a problem. The new Manager layout makes it easy to find some of your favorite marketing assets. Simply select the “Marketing Materials" tab on the sidebar menu and click the navigation button to the Manager Toolkit.

Partners & Brands​

Keep track of your partnerships with the Partners & Brands page. This page is where you’ll find a list of all of your Direct brands and even marketing pages designed to help you form more connections with businesses and community groups around you.

Embedded Content​

This page directs you to a detailed guide on how you can embed customized Banzai resources throughout your institution’s website.

Remember, these updates won’t be live until the second week of September. We just want to make sure you’re ready for them when they get here!
