You can use this bookmark in a variety of ways as part of your marketing strategies. It's a great way to demonstrate a firm commitment toward helping your community become financially literate, and an even better way to encourage account holders—new and old—to engage with the resources available to them.

Best Practices​

Here are some ways to use it in day-to-day interactions with account holders:

  1. Slip the bookmark into customer benefit packets: Include the bookmark in welcome packets for new account holders or in mailing packets to existing account holders.
  2. Host a financial literacy event or seminar: Whether you've partnered with local organizations or are promoting your Wellness Center internally, community financial literacy classes are a great way to market your resources to an audience that needs them. Give event attendees this bookmark to reinforce the lessons learned and provide a tangible reminder of the event.
  3. Offer it as a promotion or incentive for youth who complete the fin lit program: Use this bookmark in conjunction with the offer certificate to positively reinforce youth participation.
  4. Use this bookmark as a visual element in social media and other digital marketing campaigns.
  5. Include with transaction receipts: Each time a new or existing account holder completes a transaction, give them this bookmark with their transaction receipt.

  • AI (.ai): AI is an Adobe Illustrator file, which means it is easy to edit within Adobe Illustrator. If your institution doesn't use the Adobe suite, there are some aspects of an AI image file that can be edited with third-party applications.   • PNG (.png): Since PNG is an open file format, it is compatible for edits in a large variety of programs—GIMP, Paint, or Adobe Photoshop Express are all options.
