Homebuying 101 Workshop

This presentation is for adults who want to understand the financial requirements of buying a home. They'll learn about the core pillars of mortgage approval, including debt-to-income ratio, explore different mortgage types, and hear about the steps required in the home buying process, starting with pre-approval.

It is available in two versions: a 90-minute workshop or a 30-minute presentation.

After you’ve downloaded this folder, you’ll have access to the following files:

1. PowerPoint (.pptx) Presentation File: A file type that can be opened in a number of different presentation software, like PowerPoint and Keynote. This presentation is available in the following color themes: blue (#214F80), green (#2C6F06), and red (#9C1212).

2. Homebuying 101 Presentation Notes.pdf: This PDF walks presenters through everything they need for a successful workshop or presentation, including material and technology preparation, room setup and logistics, and detailed script and discussion questions for the presentation slides.

1. Once you've downloaded the files, go to your preferred presentation software, navigate to "file," open, and find the presentation file in your downloads.
