Coach Marketing Materials

Looking to promote one or more of the Coaches in your Wellness Center? Each Banzai Coach comes equipped with a variety of editable marketing materials that you can customize and use on your website or in social media campaigns. Below you'll see a brief overview of each material that's included and ideas on how to use that resource to serve your community's needs.

Social Media Posts

Every Coach's marketing folder contains three pre-built social media posts that include a total of six captions (three for Facebook/Twitter and three for Instagram), six social media images (three for Facebook/Instagram and another three for Twitter), and a list of recommended hashtags.

You're free to mix-and-match images and captions or use the images with your own social media promotions and vice versa.

Trifold

Each trifold is designed to market a specific Coach in your Wellness Center. These trifolds are ideal to give to individuals and/or business owners who want personalized instruction on a particular topic. Each brochure works best when handed out in your lobby, at conferences or community events, and so on. It also fits into envelopes for direct mailing.

Web Banners

Every Coach is paired with three different sized web banners. Use these banners on your landing page or any other relevant part of your website to promote specific Coaches from your Wellness Center.

Banner sizes that draw the most user attention are 300px x 250px and 160px x 600px, but we also included a 300px x 100px banner for more flexibility.

Best Practices

  1. Feature financial literacy resources on your website: Use the web banners on your institution's homepage or another page of your website to catch people's attention. Include a link to the corresponding Coach within your institution's resource library to help ensure that all of your site visitors are aware of the resources you offer.
  2. Create a social media campaign: Use these pre-made social media posts to create a social media campaign that promotes Coach resources. You can schedule these posts to go out over a period of time (e.g., a week, a month) depending on how long you want the campaign to run and what resource you are promoting. This works great for the months associated with bank holidays, federal holidays, etc.
  3. Host a webinar: Use the web banners to create promotional materials for a webinar or conference that focuses on specific Coach topics. Invite account holders or other people in your community to attend and learn more on a specific financial topic.
  4. Offer a prize: Use the Coach marketing content to create a contest or giveaway related to the completion of a Coach. For example, you could engage users by asking them to share (via social media) a resource from your Wellness Center that has helped them improve their financial standing. You could also encourage users to interact with a Coach for a chance to win a gift card, a discount on a product, or other prize.
